About BSI
Established in 1987, Broadcast Services International has remained a leader in sports production planning for over 30 years. Building a solid foundation through our passion for sports, integrity, and loyalty - our core values - have been the key to our success.
In 1986 James Eady took his technical expertise to the market as the first freelance technical producer in the North American Sports Broadcasting industry. After an exceptional year, BSI was launched specializing in full-service sports production, as well as technical design, consulting, and engineering. In response to tremendous growth in both BSI’s Equipment Rentals and Leasing Division as well as our International Production Division, Brooke, Shea and Locke Eady became partners in 2007 after years of successful independent television careers.
Collectively the BSI team has over 30 years of Olympic Games experience including the Olympics in Rio de Janeiro Brazil, and has received 19 Emmy Awards for Excellence in Sports Broadcasting. BSI has always prided itself with being innovators in our industry by striving to find creative solutions for our clients. This was acknowledged in 2006 by receiving 2 George Wensel Innovative Technical Achievement Sports Emmy Award for Innovation in High Definition.
A unique family-run business, our “family attitude” extends to all our clientele. We have established solid, long-standing relationships and we are honored that they continue to trust BSI to be their sports broadcast partner. We measure our success by ensuring that the emotion and dedication of the athletes are conveyed through a quality broadcast and a professional experience.
